VisiMap Professional 4.2 is the new generation visual mapping product from CoCo Systems' VisiMap product line.

Built on the mature foundation of previous versions, VisiMap Professional 4.2 sets high standards in application usability and function unparalleled in its class.

VisiMap Professional 4.2 supports the way you work. It allows you to quickly and efficiently enter, visualise, restructure, and print, transfer, present, communicate and reuse information using a simple, yet powerful, graphical metaphor that we call a 'visual map'. A visual map is an essentially hierarchical two-dimensional graphical representation that is similar to other common representations variously called idea maps or brain maps.

VisiMap Professional 4.2 is an easy-to-use application for all sorts of planning and management tasks. These range from training and learning, brainstorming, problem-solving, document planning, project planning and management, web-site planning and generation, note-taking, meeting facilitation, personal development and many other day-to-day tasks.

VisiMap Professional 4.2 is designed to structure and present the results of creative thinking, without inhibiting or constraining the creative process.

VisiMap Professional 4.2 adds support for exporting maps to Microsoft Excel 2000 through 2007, and a new 'lateral graphic' map view, together with a few minor new features. A full listing of changes since VisiMap Professional 4.1 can be found here.

For VisiMap Professional 4.2’s HTML support, you will also need to have Microsoft Word 2000 or later installed together with Word's HTML export filter if you wish to include branch notes in the generated HTML. For VisiMap Professional 4.2's HTML archive support (MIME HTML, or MHTML), you will additionally need to be running Windows 2000 or later.

For VisiMap Professional 4.2’s export to Microsoft Outlook, you will also need to have Microsoft Outlook 98 or later installed.

For VisiMap Professional 4.2’s import/export to Microsoft Project, you will also need to have Microsoft Project 98 or later installed.

For VisiMap Professional 4.2’s import/export to Microsoft Word, you will also need to have Microsoft Word 2000 or later installed.

For VisiMap Professional 4.2’s export to Microsoft PowerPoint, you will also need to have Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 or later installed.

For VisiMap Professional 4.2’s export to PDF or XPS, you will also need to have Microsoft Word 2007 or later installed.

If you have not yet purchased a licence you will be able to install it for trial purposes. In trial mode, VisiMap Professional 4.2 will operate with the following restrictions:

Upgrading from a licensed copy VisiMap Professional 4.1 to VisiMap Professional 4.2 is free of charge, and you can continue to use your existing VisiMap Professional 4.1 licence with version 4.2. To upgrade, simply download and install version 4.2 by following the instructions here.
